Rudra Studies currently provides free educational content and practice resources. Paid test-series services may be introduced in the future.

  1. Digital Products and Services

Paid test series, quizzes, study materials or subscriptions provided through Rudra Studies are digital services. Users must review the course description, validity period, language, syllabus, price and access conditions before purchasing.

  1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only when:

  • Payment was deducted more than once for the same purchase.
  • Payment was completed, but access was not provided because of a verified technical problem from Rudra Studies.
  • Rudra Studies cancels a paid service before access is provided.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will normally not be provided when:

  • The user changes their mind after purchase.
  • The user has already accessed or attempted the digital test or material.
  • Incorrect contact or account information was provided by the user.
  • Access problems are caused by the user’s device, browser, internet connection or unsupported software.
  • A user violates the website’s Terms and Conditions.

Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact page with the purchaser’s name, registered email address, payment date, transaction ID, service purchased and reason for the request.

  1. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.

  1. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated when paid services or payment methods are introduced. The terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
